Vintage full skirt from the 1950s by Lavable. Made of black cotton with handpainted gold and white houses and señoritas wearing bright blue painted skirts. The skirt wraps around the waist from the back with hook/eyes, then ties around the back. There are pockets on each side. Not lined. In excellent condition apart from some wear to the cotton tabs where the hooks/eyes were once attached. See last photo. 

Skirt was photographed with a very full crinoline underneath. Crinoline is not included, but it is available for separate purchase .

There is no size tag. Please refer to the actual measurements below and allow room for ease of movement. The waistband is currently configured at the largest possible point. It can be made smaller by moving the hook/eyes back. It might be made larger by adding more fabric to the waistband straps.
